Affordable New Construction Homes for Sale in Richlands NC

 

"A Great Place to Grow" is the motto here in Richlands, North Carolina and and this place is growing! Many new subdivisions are being developed here and surrounding areas such as Beulaville. The different subdivisions offer homes in a variety of price ranges and sizes. Ashbury Park, Killis Hills, and The Bryant Place are in rural settings with no city taxes!

  • Ashbury Park consists of single and two story homes with current prices ranging between $124,900-$184,900. Fifteen homes are currently on the market with three and four bedroom models available.
     
  • All nineteen homes currently on the market in Killis Hills offer three bedrooms, two bathrooms and are single story. Current prices range from $144,000-$165,000.
     
  • The Bryant Place, located in Beulaville, is  a short distance from Richlands and offers three and four bedroom homes. Eight homes are currently on the market with pricing between $146,900-$189,000.

Home Staging In Onslow County...What is home staging?

As the effectiveness of home staging sweeps across the nation, it has finally come to Onslow County, North Carolina! As a Realtor/Broker/Accredited Staging Professional here in Onslow County, I know that when you want to sell your home, it is important for it to look more appealing to the potential buyers than all of the competition out there. And there is a lot of competition right now!  

You may be scratching your head and wondering what this staging thing is anyway! I am so passionate about home staging that when I am anywhere and everywhere, I talk about it to everyone. Many times I will hear, "Staging...what is that? I've never heard of that." I also find that many have heard of it, but they are not aware of what it really is. So, what is it? Staging a home is preparing a home for the market by de-cluttering, depersonalizing, and accessorizing and furnishing the home to ensure that it is appealing to all buyers. A home is not truly market ready unless it is professionally staged!

There are many myths about staging. One of the biggest is that staging is decorating. It is not! Decorating is furnishing and accessorizing a home to suit the personal taste of the home owner. If you think about it, staging it quite the opposite! Another common myth is that a home owner can stage their own home. You could try, but you cannot be truly objective in your own home. The third myth, I cannot live in a staged home. Absolutely not true! Anyone can live in a staged home...a staged home is clean, clutter-free, and organized. This makes keeping the home looking its best less difficult actually. I am a master at  finding creative solutions for any obstacle.

You could place your home on the market without having it professionally staged, but with staged homes on the market competing with yours, you will run the risk of losing a sale to one of these homes.
